Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of BatchFlow Pro subscriptions are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

BatchFlow Pro is a digital software product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the full product is accessible the moment payment is processed, all sales are final in accordance with digital goods consumer regulations.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not entitle you to a refund for any already-charged period.

After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier automatically.

To cancel: use the "Manage Subscription" link in your Dodo Payments billing email, or visit dodopayments.com/customer-portal.

Exceptions & Disputes

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the charge at:

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. We are committed to resolving genuine billing errors promptly and fairly.
