Terms of Service

By installing or using BatchFlow Pro ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

BatchFlow Pro is a Chrome browser extension that automates batch image and video generation workflows on Google Flow Labs. The Extension provides tools including prompt batch processing, queue management, gallery, and download automation.

BatchFlow Pro offers the following plans:

• Free Trial: Up to 10 generations per day at no cost.
• Monthly Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited generations, billed monthly.
• 3-Month Pro ($19.99/3 months): Unlimited generations, billed every 3 months.

Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

All sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any already-charged period. See our full Refund Policy for details.

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with Google's Terms of Service for Google Flow Labs.
• Not use the Extension for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Extension.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

BatchFlow Pro and all related content, code, and trademarks are owned by the developer. Generated images or videos are subject to the terms of Google Flow Labs.

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as the Extension depends on third-party platforms (Google Flow Labs) that may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Dodo Payments billing email, or at dodopayments.com/customer-portal.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
